Group Forum Cleaning Policy (Updated: February 14, 2013)
Group or Family forums that are not posted in within 6 months may be subject to removal. Any forums that meet this criteria will have a PM sent to the forum Moderator as a courtesy to remind them of this policy. The Forum Moderators may request that individual threads be moved into the public Lore for continuity purposes or that the forum be kept alive for them to regenerate activity. If they do not reply after 1 week, then the forum will be removed with an announcement regarding it.
Any group with less than 4 members and no active moderator will be disbanded.
